Faith & Flow Jiu-Jitsu was born from two forces that have shaped my life: My Faith in Jesus Christ and the discipline of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Founded by Nick Gerasimou, a first-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with more than 20 years on the mats, Faith & Flow is about more than apparel. Jiu-Jitsu teaches humility, perseverance, composure, and the courage to keep moving when life gets uncomfortable. Faith gives those lessons a deeper purpose. It reminds us where our strength comes from, who we are fighting for, and how we are called to carry ourselves—on and off the mats.

Every piece we create is designed for people who train with purpose, live their faith openly, and understand that real strength is built through discipline, service, and surrender.
